Your responsibilities:
The Jobholder (d/f/m) will work as Data Analyst & Automation Manager.
- Support purchase department in decision-making by analyzing and providing relevant data as well as applying project management processes, methods and tools
- Ensure Supply Management data availability and compliance in Data Analytics & Process Mining platforms
- Apply the data mesh principles of Satair in order to ensure Supply Management data availability and compliance
- Take ownership on the Supply Management data products
- Create and maintain the Supply Management dashboards in our Data Analytics platforms
- Responsibility to lead and deploy improvements and deliver Data Analytics & Automation
- Create solutions accordingly with internal and external stakeholders as well as with external suppliers
- Advocate and position Supply Management within the Data & Automation communities in Satair
- Ensure process compliance in our data models and automation solutions
- Explore new Data and Automation solutions, and select the appropriate for each project
- Embark the organisation on the usage of digital applications, Robotics as well as Data
- Provide training concepts and knowledge to the Supply Management organization
Personal requirements:
- The ability to quickly recognize and understand technical connections and functionality analyze
- Independent, structured and result-oriented work in order to achieve goals on time achieve and coordinate work processes efficiently
- Strong communication skills to work with contacts at all levels
studies:
- Business informatics at least Bachelor's degree course or
- Business administration at least Bachelor's degree or
- Supply Chain / Logistics at least Bachelor's degree course
Professional experience:
- Change management for at least 3 years
- IT / information systems at least over 3 years
- Customer service/customer service at least over 1 year
- Supply Chain / Logistics at least over 3 years
IT:
- Python at least in-depth application knowledge
- SQL at least in-depth application knowledge
- At least initial knowledge of SAP applications
- Google Workspace is an advantage
Language Skills:
- At least business fluent in English
