Your Profile:

• An advanced degree (at least bachelor) in the field of food chemistry or analytical chemistry.
• Ideally, first practical experience in the field of instrumental analytics using GC-MS
• The ability to work independently and in a structured manner
• Initiative, enthusiasm, and a "self-starter" mentality
• Communication skills in German and English

Your Tasks:

As part of a research project, you will develop analytical methods to better characterize and evaluate development of aroma in products.

• Comparison and evaluation of these methods versus already existing methods
• Implementation and documentation of newly developed workflows
